How do I use SignNow with NetSuite on the iPhone?

When using SignNow on your iPhone, you can easily login to NetSuite and manage all of your documents, folders, and contracts in one platform. Follow these steps below on how to use SignNow with NetSuite on your iPhone:

1. First, go to your “Documents” folder and click on a document. Then, click on “NetSuite” in the document menu.

2. Next, login to your NetSuite account.

3. After you login to NetSuite, you’ll be able to manage all of your NetSuite documents and contracts in your File Cabinet. In the example below, we have files for app packages, contracts, attachments received, CSV templates, HR documents, Images, and more.

Below are some detailed example files:

Add Folders:

To add a new folder, click on the lower lefthand folder icon in the corner (please see screenshot). In this setting, you can add new folders in your NetSuite File Cabinet.

In this example, a new folder was added under the “Templates” file. You can specify the name for the new folder.

Save As:

To save a SignNow document into your NetSuite account, click on the lower righthand icon (please see screenshot). In this setting, you can save any of your SignNow documents in your NetSuite File Cabinet.

In this example, the SignNow document I first clicked on to login to NetSuite can be saved in my NetSuite file cabinet, like below. The document, “Sample,” can be saved in the Templates file and given a new title, for example.
