How to search for documents?

Enhance your search results and find the document you need faster by using different search parameters. When the number of documents begins to pile up in your account, SignNow makes it easier to search for documents in an organization by adding filters. You can focus your search on the name of the document, the signer’s or inviter’s email address and the text added to the document.

To get started, login to your SignNow account by entering your email address and password.

Once you’ve logged in, find the search box at the top of the screen and click the dropdown next to the search box.

Select how you’d like to search for documents in an organization and enter your query in the search box. If you’d like to search by a document name, type it in the search box and press enter.

If you’d like to search for documents in an organization by the signer’s or inviter’s email, select the corresponding checkbox from the dropdown menu, enter your query in the search box and press enter.

If you’d like to search for documents in an organization by document text, select the corresponding checkbox from the dropdown menu, enter the text in the search box and press enter.

Listed search results are displayed according to the filters you’ve chosen.

You can open any document in the search result pane, edit and send it out for signing and completion.
