How do I cancel an invite if I need to change my document after I sent it?
If you would like to cancel an invitation to sign a document after you have already sent it out, then you should follow these easy steps.
First, you need to locate the document on your SignNow dashboard. When you locate the document, you will notice that there’s a list of emails that indicate the people you’ve sent this document to for signature. These email addresses are in italics and light gray font.
If you click the small downward arrow after the email address a drop down menu should now appear like so:
Click “Cancel Document Invites” and you should be done!
Please note if you do this, you will cancel all invites from all emails if you have multiple signers who need to complete the document.
