How do I cancel my account?

Please follow these steps to cancel your SignNow account:
- Login to your Admin Console
- Click “Manage Subscription”
- Select “Cancel” and follow the instructions that that page suggests
*Please note: If you worked with the SignNow sales team to setup your account and paid via invoice, the above directions will not work for you. To cancel, you will need to have your account admin reach out to support@signnow.com to request cancellation.
