How do I set up fields so the signer or completer doesn’t have to re-type their answers multiple times?
On Web, iPhone, or iPad, when creating the fields, use the same label on fields that will require the same information. For example, if there are four places on your form or document for the signer’s company name, label each text field ‘Company Name’. When the signer is filling out the document, after they have completed the first “Company Name” field, they will see their response auto-filled into the remaining 3 fields with the “Company Name” label when they click on these fields throughout the document.
*Please note: signers still need to click on the field in order for information to populate.
