How to align fields?
When you create a new document by adding fillable fields, you expect the result to be a professional-looking document. This is where the aligning fields option will help you achieve your desired result. SignNow allows you to properly align fields in a matter of seconds.
To get started, upload the document you’d like to add fillable fields to in your SignNow account by clicking the Upload Document button.
Once you’ve uploaded a document, click the More button on the right and select Open Document from the dropdown menu to open your document.
Select the type of field you need from the panel on the right. You can choose a Signature field, Text field, Initials field, etc.
Before you place fields on a document, click the Options button in the upper right corner and check Enable Field Snapping.
When you drag your fields from the panel onto a document, the guide will show you whether you’ve properly lined up your fields.
When you’ve finished editing your document, click the Done button in the upper right corner to save your changes.
