How to sign a document by uploading your signature?
Save time by signing business contracts, invoices, agreements, applications or other documents online. With SignNow’s signing tools, you can easily organize your company’s document management and increase productivity.
To sign your document, upload it to your SignNow account by clicking the Upload Document button.
Once your document has been uploaded, open it by clicking the More button on the right and selecting Open Document from the dropdown menu.
Select My Signature from the toolbar on the left. Drag and drop the signature field on the document where you need to add your signature image to the PDF document.
To add an image to a PDF document, select Upload and click Upload Signature.
Choose the picture of your signature. Adjust your signature by setting the contrast or rotating it. Click Accept.
Your signature will appear on the document. You can move it anywhere and change its size by dragging the corners or edges.
Click the Done button in the top right corner to save your changes.
